We had our first relax and well-being get-together to explore how essential oils, aloe vera and me-time routines can boost our well-being!
Are you also someone who is constantly busy – if its with our job, children, pet, groceries? Almost celebrating ‘being busy’ as something positive? Maybe even feeling guilty for ‘doing nothing’ or simply forgetting to take some time to rest and recharge? Time to take a break and switch gears to more self-care!
Every day we are exposed to lots of mental and physical stress, but also pollutants, unhealthy food and lifestyles.
Now more than ever we need to take care of ourselves and our bodies.
