My name is Stephanie and I would like guide you on your journey towards feeling your best.

SHB stands for sustainable health and balance and I am dedicated to support you towards genuine well-being. Because it is not about temporary fixes, but lasting, sustainable changes.

Everybody’s well-being journey is unique, and so is my support. My mission? To empower women to make informed lifestyle choices that align with their needs and bring them (back) into balance. 

I work as a preventionist with the aim to help you taking control of your well-being using different holistic approaches ranging from preventive health concepts of the orthomolecular medicine to filling your self-care routine tool box. My experience is based on professional trainings, scientific insights, my scientific education as PhD as well as personal experiences and I continuously strive to expand my knowledge and improve my offers for you.
